The first version of this cocktail was created in a top Melbourne cocktail bar by the name of Ginger. The sweetness and smooth flavours of Tuaca mix perfectly with this classic formula. This drink can be enjoyed at any time - day or night.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Tuaca
15ml De Kuyper Triple Sec
20ml ginger syrup or sugar syrup
Dollop of egg white (raw)
Juice of a whole lime
Ice
METHOD:
In a Boston shaker add all ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass and dust with fresh cinnamon.
GARNISH:
A cinnamon quill.
