This drink is easy to make and well balanced with interesting but subtle flavours. A perfect winter refresher.
INGREDIENTS:
20ml De Kuyper Curacao
20ml Lemon Z
20ml Christian Drouin Blanche De Normandy (unaged Calvados)
2 sprigs of Thyme
METHOD:
In a double old fashioned glass add thyme and lightly bruise. Half fill glass with ice, add remaining ingredients and stir well. Fill glass with ice and serve.
GARNISH:
With a sprig of thyme arranged artfully in the the glass.
