Tamarillo Grapefruit Smash

This cocktail conjures up the memories of warm nights. The trio of citrus - grapefruit, lemon and lime are complimented by the fuller yet tart flavour of the fresh tamarillo.
Ingredients:
50ml Finlandia Grapefruit Fusion Vodka
10ml Lemon Z Limoncello
3/4 fresh peeled Tamarillo
1/2 fresh sliced Lime
15ml Sugar syrup
Method:
In the base of an old fashioned glass crush the fresh lime and tamarillo with sugar syrup. Hard pack the glass with crushed ice. Add Finlandia Grapefruit Fusion Vodka, re-pack with a little more ice and lace with Lemon Z.
Garnish: - A slice of tamarilo.
