60ml tequila
15ml lime juice
30ml watermelon juice
15ml agave syrup
½ chopped jalapeño (or to your liking)
Blend watermelon until all chunks are gone
Combine lime and watermelon juices with tequila, agave syrup, and jalapeño in a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake to chill and combine ingredients Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice
Garnish with jalapeño slices and lime wheel
