Sloe Gin Fizz

There are so many things we love about Sloe Gin Fizz: its refreshing yet warming qualities and its delightful ombre appearance. Welcome this wonderful combination of a traditional English spirit and a tart, lemony flavor. Bottoms up!

YIELD:2 Servings

PREP TIME:15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

60ml Haymans Sloe Gin

30ml Fresh lemon juice

30ml Simple syrup

Soda water

Lemon wedge to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Put all the ingredients except the soda water into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a highball filled with ice and top with soda water. Add lemon wedge.
