60ml Mount Gay
Eclipse Rum 1/3
Egg White
Dash of Sugar Syrup
Juice of Whole Lime
1 x Large teaspoon of Marmalade
Combine rum and marmalade in a shaker . Stir until marmalade mostly dissolves. Add lemon and egg-whites . Shake without ice for 5 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Fine strain over fresh ice.
