Add fruit and rum and leave to soak for 15 minutes. Add wine and apple juice and leave for another 45 minutes. The longer the sangria is left to soak the better. To serve - fill pitcher with ice and stir well.

5 Orange Slices
3 Lime Slices
3 Long Cucumber Slices
10-15 Mint Leaves
200ml clear Apple Juice
60ml White Rum
600ml Geyser Peak Chardonnay
