This variation on a classic Martini replaces the Vermouth with dry Sherry, removing the herbal notes in exchange for a nuttiness which blends well with the gin and complimented by Orange Bitters.
Ingredients:
45ml Whitley Neill
15ml Valdespino Fino Innocente
1 Dash Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard before straining into a chilled cocktail glass.
