A mojito screams summer, with the full-fisted punch of Fresh Limes and Mint Leaves it is a sensory overload. This one includes a dash of Santiago de Cuba 12 Year Old Rum, which is often touted as being Fidel's favourite.
Ingredients:
30ml Santiago de Cuba Anejo
15ml Santiago de Cuba 12 year Old
30ml Sugar Syrup
8 Fresh Mint leaves
1 fresh lime (chopped)
Add lime and mint to a Boston Shaker, muddle and add the Santiago de Cuba Rum. Add ice and stir well. Add a dash of soda water and garnish with fresh lime and mint.
