Ingredients:
25ml Mount Gay Extra Old Rum
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Apricots
Crabbies Original Alcoholic Ginger Beer
1 Dash Sugar Syrup
Muddle 2 Apricots in the base of a boston shaker. Add all ingredients excluding the Crabbies and shake with ice. Strain into an ice filled Collins glass and top with Crabbies before garnishing with a twist of pink grapefruit. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, before straining into three chilled shot glasses. Garnish with skewers of blueberry.
