Cocktail of the Week
Rob Roy
02 August 2016

Invented at the Waldorf Hotel in New York, during the 1890’s the Rob Roy is similar to a Manhattan, with the bourbon substituted for a blended scotch. In this instance we have also included a premium bitters for an extra touch.

Ingredients:
45ml Whyte & Mackay 13 Year Old

25ml Dolin Vermouth Rouge

2 Dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters

Add the ingredients to a tall glass, fill with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.
