A classic cocktail, first created in the 1930's in New Orlean's French Quarter. Potent but smooth, like all great classic cocktails.
Ingredients:
25ml Woodford Reserve
25ml Remy Martin VSOP
30ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth
10ml Mandarin Napoleon
Two dashes of Fee Brother's Orange Bitters
Two dashes of Fee Brother's Old Fashioned Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stire well, strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashoned glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with fresh cherries.
