Ingredients:
30ml Teeling Poitin
15ml De Kuyper Apricot Brandy XO
30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
1 White of an Egg
15ml Sugar Syrup
Dash of Fee Brother's Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and strain into an ice filled rocks glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with a dried apricot, half dipped in Dark Chocolate.
