A broodingly intense, bitter-sweet concoction. This Manhattan has rich written all over it.
Ingredients:
45ml Woodford Reserve
15ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth
1 Teaspoon Valdespino 'El Candado' P.X. Sherry
2 dashes Fee Brother's Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir well. Strain into a chilled Coupette glass.
