"Total Eclipse"

Complete your day with a "Total Eclipse", featuring Mount Gay Eclipse Rum and Coconut Water. A delicious and nutritious tropical taste sensation from the world's oldest rum distillery - Mount Gay of Barbados 'The Jewel of the Caribbean'.
Ingredients:
45ml Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
15ml Cointreau
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
90ml Coconut Water
2 dashes Fee Brothers Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients with ice to a mixing glass. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Garnish:
Garnish with an orange twirl.
