A light and clean combination of muddled cucumber and basil, stiffened with a generous pour of Finlandia Cranberry, hints of lemon juice and sake charged with cloudy apple. This cocktail was stolen from a great London Cocktail bar. The original recipe called for London Dry Gin however this combination works deliciously well.

Finlandia use 100% natural essential oil from the fruit to flavour their vodka ensuring their vodka remains the purest spirit in a bottle on the worldwide market. This is no understatement. Some key reasons for this fact include its 7x continuous distillation process featuring the purest water source on the planet and the most expensive premium 100% six row barley grain as its mash bill.

Ingredients:
45ml Finlandia Cranberry Fusion Vodka

15mL Gekkeikan Sake

Large 4cm slice of peeled Cucumber

6 Basil Leaves

10ml Sugar Syrup

10ml Lemon Juice

90ml Organic Cloudy Apple Juice

Method:
Muddle the basil with the cucumber and sugar syrup in the base of a shaker. Add remaining ingredient and shake very well with ice. Double strain into an ice filled highball glass.

Garnish:
Garnish with a slice of cucumber and basil leaf.
