Tasting Note: An artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% Espadín agave in Oaxaca’s Miahuatlán Valley, 5,000 feet above sea level. Roasted for 5–7 days in conical earthen ovens and crushed with an ox-drawn stone tahona, it is fermented in wood vats and double distilled in copper stills. Rich cooked sugar, honey and grilled pineapple meet bright citrus, florals, mint, granite, ash and a distinctive mineral, saline finish.
