Tasting Note: The world’s first single-estate, single-field tequila, crafted in Jalisco to express the unique terroir of each agave harvest. Made with just three ingredients, agave, water and natural airborne yeast. It is aged for one year in seasoned ex-American whiskey barrels. Rich and complex, it showcases cooked agave, dark cacao, coffee, nutmeg, vanilla, dried fruit and salted caramel, with a long, peppery finish and buttery mouthfeel.
