Tasting Note: Parcels of 2014 Shiraz and Durif were selected for their suitable flavour profiles and tannin structure. Richness of fruit with great balance, and softness of tannins were most desired. Aromas of subtle oak toastiness with delicate chocolate and dark berry characters with nuances of spice and cedary oak. Complex chocolate and spice coated with creamy mouth filling mousse.
