Tasting Note: Rockburn Amber is an alternative take on what Pinot Gris can mean as an expression of terrior. An 'orange wine' style, we fermented the grapes on their skins. A single vineyard wine, the Amber displays the complex, textural characters and has a dusky peach colour typical of skin contact Pinot Gris. Expect complex layers of rose, grapefruit and peach notes in harmony with broad mouthfeel and citrus peel tension. Vegan friendly.
