Courier services are are currently operating as normal, we will monitor the situation with them and provide updates as required. Our warehouses are still geting all orders dispatched in line with our normal service promises.
It’s a difficult time for everyone, but absolutely necessary for our community. Remember, everyone needs to Stay Inside, Stop the Spead and Be Kind.
What is Contactless Delivery?
With everyone’s safety in mind, when delivering your order, the courier will knock first, step back at least two metres from the door (or whatever distance is safe) and wait for you to answer. At that point we’ll ask for your name to confirm the order. Social distancing is the strategy behind this procedure. Your tracking link will update with delivery confirmation.
You, or someone over 18 years of age must be present to accept the order. We cannot and will not deliver to anyone under the age of 18. If you look to be under 25, you may be asked to provide ID.
How long does delivery take?
We can’t guarantee a delivery timeframe right now. With different alert levels across the country, we don't expect volumes to surge as much, but it also can't be ruled out. This means you should expect potential delays with delivery. We recommend ordering as early as possible, and ensuring you have enough.
