New York Distilling Company is a craft distillery based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY creating handcrafted spirits. Founded by Tom Potter, of Brooklyn Brewery, his son Bill Potter, and Alan Katz, one of America’s leading experts on distilled spirits and cocktails. The Distillery is committed to using the most sustainably produced ingredients in all of their products and wherever possible to feature grains and other ingredients grown in New York State. New York Distilling Company produce two styles of gins – Dorothy Parker American Gin and Perry’s Tot Navy Strength Gin.
