Tasting Note: A one-of-a-kind, ancestral mezcal from Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, with each batch featuring a unique blend of agaves. Roasted in earthen ovens, hand-ground and fermented in open-air pine vats, it is double-distilled in traditional clay pots. High-proof and non-diluted, it offers earthy, savoury notes of dried stone fruit, wet soil, grasses, molasses and salt.
