Tasting Note: A unique artisanal mezcal made from 100% Espadín agave by the Garcia family in Candelaria Yegolé, Oaxaca. The agave is roasted underground, crushed with a mule-drawn tahona and fermented in open-air pine vats. During the second distillation, toasted heirloom corn kernels are added, creating a distinctive profile of sweet caramelised corn, roasted nuts and vanilla, balanced by light smoke and a grain-forward finish.
