Tasting Note: An approachable, artisanal Espadín mezcal crafted in Tapanala, Oaxaca, by the sons of Don Joel Barriga. Made from fully mature agave, it is roasted in underground pits, naturally fermented and distilled in copper stills. Proofed with local spring water, it offers a soft, creamy and tropical profile, with bright agave, fruit and mineral notes. Perfect for sipping or bright, citrus-forward cocktails.
