Tasting Note: Rich chestnut in colour with a broad amber rim. An elegant, perfumed nose of wild honey, treacle and tea leaf layered with red cherry compote. Notes of cedar, cigar box, wild rosemary and fresh mint add complexity. The palate is luscious yet lifted by fresh acidity, showing flavours of blood orange marmalade, dried figs and apricot, with a bright, fresh and harmonious finish.
