Tasting Note: 100% Pinot Noir - 0% Skin contact - All Pinot, Less Noir. The nose shows vibrant stone fruit aromatics, reminiscent of fruits traditionally grown in the Central Otago region; nectarine, peach and hints of cherries. This wine has a complex palate layered with redcurrant, strawberry and citrus notes. The finish is beautifully balanced and full of energy. Enjoy as an aperitif with antipasti platter, smoked salmon, or summer salads.
