Tasting Note: Beautiful raspberry, black pepper aromas with underlying roasted chestnut notes. Supple and expressive with plentiful pure raspberry, strawberry fruits fine slinky textures, lovely mid palate viscosity and well-integrated roasted chestnut notes. Finishes chalky, juicy and minerally with a fine tannin plume. Elegantly styled but superbly balanced wine. The wine is an excellent example of a Gimblett Gravels Syrah.
