Tasting Note: A magnum of this wonderful Champage. The nose has well balanced yeast, brioche and fruit, there is freshness yet a trace of age and complexity. The mouth feel is vibrant with excellent depth and fine length, and this is the most important part, real finishing character. Will continue to improve, and drink well, over the next few years.
