Tasting Note: Central Otago Blanc de Blanc style (100% Chardonnay.) Emperor has beautiful notes of lemon meringue, complemented by classical chardonnay bee’s wax and honey characters. Aromatics are wild herbs, honeycomb, and biscuit yeast characters. The palate is well balanced with lemon, pineapple building to a creamy mid-palate, tapering off to an elegant finish which exudes finesse. Vegan friendly.
