Tequila Ocho was created in 2008 by legendary tequilero Carlos Camarena and tequila pioneer Tomas Estes to showcase the role of terroir in tequila. The world's first single-estate, single-field tequila, it's made using traditional methods with just three ingredients: agave, water, and natural airborne yeast. Grown in the highlands of Jalisco, each release reflects the unique character of the field where the agave was harvested, offering a true expression of time and place.
