In March 2011, Ypioca crossed the Atlantic to receive a special prize from the British magazine: 'The Spirits Business'.

This is the only international publication devoted exclusively to news and major trends in the global spirits market. Ypioca 160 was 'Voted the Best Cachaca' in the competition, having been the only brand awarded with the 'Cachaca Master 2011', the highest prize in the competition among all the Cachaca categories listed.
